Private classes are great if you are new to Yoga and simply want to get the know the practice a little bit more and learn the basics without feeling lost in a bigger group or maybe you are restarting your practice after Injury or time away or perhaps you have experience just want to work on a specific posture or sequence.
Each session will be completely tailored to you or your small group.
Before we start, you will receive a free consultation by phone or online.
Our next session will be a physical and breath assessment, followed by a minimum of 4 x 60 min sessions specifically tailored to ​your needs using the therapeutic applications of yoga.
