We will work on developing breathing techniques to support you in your daily life and routine - Whether you are feeling low in energy and need a rejuvenating boost or perhaps you need something that is more calming to help you relax or sleep - I will adapt to what you need. 



move

We will work on mindful movement - moving with your breath and to what you are feeling physically at that moment. We may focus on posture & mobility,  functional movement, range of movement or perhaps a little yoga flow - it’s all adapted to you! I work pain free so even if you  experience pain somewhere, we can work around it as there is a whole body to work with, not just where you have pain. 



relax

This is generally the best bit of the session - this where you get space to unwind and do nothing but relax! This may take up most of the session if needed. I will take you through some guided relaxation techniques, each one tailored to you.
